Digboi Mahila Mahavidyalaya organized its Freshers Social 2025 on 2nd September, 2025 to extend a warm welcome to the newly admitted students and help them feel a sense of belonging within the college community. The programme commenced with a welcome address by the Principal, who encouraged the freshers to pursue academic excellence, actively participate in co-curricular activities, and uphold the values and traditions of the institution. Faculty members also extended their best wishes to the new students for a successful and enriching academic journey. The celebration featured a vibrant cultural programme comprising songs, dances, and other performances presented by students. Various fun-filled activities and interactive sessions created an atmosphere of joy, friendship, and camaraderie among the freshers and senior students. The much-awaited Miss Fresher and Best Traditional Attire competitions added excitement to the event and showcased the confidence and talents of the participants. The Freshers Social concluded on a cheerful note, leaving the new students with fond memories and marking the beginning of a rewarding and memorable college life at Digboi Mahila Mahavidyalaya.
