Digboi Mahila Mahavidyalaya successfully organized the distribution of application forms for the Mukhyamantrir Nijut Moina Scheme on 06 August 2026 in the college campus. The programme was conducted to facilitate eligible students in applying for the scheme and to ensure that no deserving student is deprived of the benefits offered by the Government of Assam. A dedicated help desk was set up by the college to distribute the application forms and guide students regarding the eligibility criteria, required documents, and the application process. Faculty members and non-teaching staff actively assisted the students by clarifying their queries and providing necessary instructions for filling up the forms correctly. A large number of eligible students enthusiastically participated in the programme and collected the application forms. The college administration emphasized the importance of submitting the completed forms along with all necessary supporting documents within the stipulated deadline. The event was conducted smoothly under the supervision of the Principal and the teaching and non-teaching staff of the institution. The initiative reflected the commitment of Digboi Mahila Mahavidyalaya towards supporting the educational aspirations of its students by ensuring effective implementation of government welfare schemes. The programme concluded successfully with appreciation from the students for the timely assistance and guidance provided by the college authorities.
