A 7-Day Employability Skills Training Programme was organised at Digboi Mahila Mahavidyalaya in association with Naandi Foundation – Mahindra Pride Classroom. The programme aimed to enhance the employability skills of students by developing their competencies in areas such as communication skills, personality development, teamwork, leadership, interview skills, workplace etiquette, and career readiness. The training provided students with practical knowledge and guidance to prepare themselves for higher education, employment opportunities, and the professional world. The programme reflected the institution’s commitment to skill development, career enhancement, and holistic student development.
