All applicants of the Jeevan Prerana Scheme are hereby advised to ensure that all required documents are complete and submitted to the office on or before 29th November, 2025 (Saturday).
No application forms or documents will be entertained after the last date of submission (i.e. 29th November, 2025).

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
• Must be a resident of Assam.
• Must have graduated in 2025 from a government or public institution in Assam.
• Only fresh graduates are eligible; previous pass-outs are not covered.

Required Documents
Applicants must upload the following documents during submission:
• Graduation certificate/mark sheet (Proof of passing in 2025).
• Identity proof (Aadhaar card).
• Bank account details (Passbook copy or cancelled cheque for DBT transfer).
• Residential proof (Domicile certificate or equivalent).
• Self-declaration (being issued in the college office)
